LIK Enterprise begins as a specialist M&E sole proprietorship.
About LIK Group
Built on trust since 1996.
A Malaysian project delivery team bringing design, engineering and craftsmanship together under one coordinated scope.
Our story
From specialist M&E work to integrated project delivery.
LIK began with a simple commitment: deliver dependable work built on trust, quality and hard work. That foundation led from focused mechanical and electrical scopes into full commercial renovation, civil, structural, interior and furniture delivery.
Every project is treated as a partnership. We coordinate design, procurement, site execution, testing and handover so clients can work with one accountable team from concept to completion.
Our journey
Progress shaped by long-term relationships.
The business incorporates and expands into integrated design-and-build delivery.
LIK extends its material sourcing network and brings current international design thinking into local projects.
Two Malaysian companies deliver coordinated commercial design, civil, structural and M&E scopes.
Our vision
To be a respected leader in building and design, delivering beyond expectations through innovative and integrated solutions.
Our mission
To deliver quality projects at competitive pricing within a safe, timely and professionally managed framework.
